We are providing you with an easy Parcel Concierge system to collect all your favourite takeaway food, fresh food & retail shopping from our Altona Gate retailers.

Save the wait of online delivery shopping and have your items delivered straight to your car.

1. PLACE ORDER.
   • Place an order with any of the participating stores listed below via their preferred order process (website or phone call).
   • Stores will have a preferred payment method - over the phone or online.
2. SELECT COLLECTION TIME.
   • Provide or select your preferred parcel pick-up date and time with the store.
   • You will be contacted via email or SMS with confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
3. ARRIVE.
   • Arrive at your confirmed time to the Parcel Concierge pickup location (pictured below) and contact the Parcel Concierge team on 0491 705 140.
4. COLLECT.
   • Once you have contacted Parcel Concierge, a representative will safely deliver your items directly to your car door.
   • Don’t forget to show your confirmation email and valid ID.

The dedicated Parcel Concierge pickup location is located on the lower ground car park near the food court.

Head down the ramp to the basement off Millers Rd, then veer left (following the Parcel Concierge signage).
