We regret to inform you that the travelators from Ground Floor to Level 2 at Altona Gate Shopping Centre are currently out of order. Our maintenance team has identified the issue and is working diligently to repair it. However, due to the complexity of the problem, the travelators will be unavailable until further notice.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience, especially for those who rely on the travelators for ease of movement throughout the shopping centre. Please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to expedite the repairs and ensure the travelators are back in service as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we have arranged signage to guide you to the nearest lifts for easy access around the centre.
