Heading to Altona Gate in November? Here is everything you need to know about our car park works, so you can plan your visit with confidence.

From Monday 9 November to Monday 30 November, we are resurfacing sections of our car park. The works will take place during the day in three phases, and the way you usually drive through the car park may change during each one.

We are open throughout the works, all stores are trading as normal and every car park entry stays open.

When the changes apply

Phase one: from Monday 9 November

• Works on leftmost lane into Multi-Level Car Park off Millers Road.
• Follow the signs and traffic management to reach your usual parking area.

Phase two: from Monday 16 November

• Works begin at the top of the ramp to Lower Ground. The lower ground car park stays open, though you may need to loop around to reach it.
• Follow the signs and traffic management to reach your usual parking area.

Phase three: Tuesday 24 November to Monday 30 November

• Works move to exit lane onto Millers Road, from outdoor carpark.
• Follow the signs and traffic management to reach your usual parking area.

What stays the same

• Every entry into the car park, including the Millers Road entry.
• Centre and store trading hours.
• A walking path into the centre that suits prams and wheelchairs.
• You will not lose any parking spaces once the works are finished.

To help keep things moving, temporary signage and traffic management will be in place. Please allow a little extra time and follow directions when entering and leaving the car park.
